Assembly and erection of all party walls.Party walls come wrapped with protective plastic to protect from the elements and come pre-insulated with mineral wool to meet fire & acoustic regulations, double boarded in the factory with 15mm Type A & type F board to meet fire & acoustic regulations and an additional 34mm service void battens. All wireback Rockwool fire stops installed within cavity. Closed panel party wall can come with factory installed electrical conduit and boxes and an additional layer of factory fitted plasterboard on the internal.
